Randy Prince has been in real estate for over 10 years and has lived and worked in Discovery Bay for 25 years. Before real estate he started and owned a subcontracting business with over 200 employees that serviced the entire bay area. Through those years he received an education and vision on how homes are built, the costs associated with building and how slight changes can enhance a homeowner’s lifestyle and equity in their home.
Randy acclimated and became friends with all the large developers, such as Signature properties and Warmington Homes. As he began his real estate career Randy attached himself to all of the Discovery Bay builders including Dagle Construction, Ducheney Custom homes, Golden Oaks Construction, Turcotte Construction and Larry Jackson Homes. Randy has a good sense of the values associated with home sales in our unique community. Buying a home is so much more than a floor plan, it is an investment. Randy can hold your hand and guide you through current values, locations and more importantly setbacks, height restrictions, mooring easements, slope control and other issues a non resident might be unaware of.
Through 2001-2008, Randy has remained in the top ten producers for home sales in all of Contra Costa County. He opened his own real estate company, “R Prince Realtors” in 2005 and is currently doing what he loves best, working as a realtor for Alain Pinel Realtors in Discovery Bay.
Randy has always enjoyed the gift of giving. He has been the proud sponsor for The Wheelchair Foundation and Lions Club “Big Cat Poker Run”. In Addition he has enjoyed supporting our school system, local fundraisers, churches and the Christmas and spring parades year after year.
There are no big “secrets” to getting results and that applies to any business. Know your product, be fair with all of your clients, and be consistent and focused. Try to always “under promise and over deliver”. You will always end your business dealings on a positive note and everybody wins.
A place that Randy calls home. Change your lifestyle; it will change your life.

Buying a home in Discovery Bay is more than just buying a house-it’s creating a lifestyle. Let me proudly show you around the place I call
home. Discovery Bay has a lush 18-hole championship golf course and
country club and our athletic club sits on 4 ½ acres with 8 tennis
courts and a beautiful lap pool, but the water activities are what
makes Discovery Bay special. What I love most about Discovery Bay is
that many of our homes have deep water docks. Our unique community is
surrounded by water, marinas and waterfront dining just minutes from
our backdoor. With these delta waterways expanding all the way to San
Francisco Bay, you can truly live the resort lifestyle every day.
Please let me show you the best kept secret in the bay area and you
will want to make this best kept secret your own.

Stephanie Rust moved to Discovery Bay in 1997 because she loved the small town feel of the community and to be closer to family. She loves her community and has enjoyed raising her two children here.
Shortly after moving to Discovery Bay, Stephanie started her real estate career. She was the Office/ Escrow Administrator for Alain Pinel Realtors for 4 years. In 2002 Stephanie decided to make a change and transitioned over to the title and escrow side of the industry. She started as an Escrow Assistant at North American Title in Brentwood and within 2 years she worked her way up to Branch Manager at First California Title in Brentwood. Finally from 2004-2008 Stephanie was the Senior Escrow Officer and Branch Manager for Financial Title in Brentwood. Stephanie enjoyed 6 years in the title/escrow side of the industry. Recently she decided to take her 10 years of industry experience and apply it towards selling real estate. Stephanie’s affiliation with Alain Pinel Realtors and The Prince Team stems from a 10 year professional relationship with Randy Prince. Stephanie is proud to be affiliated with Alain Pinel Realtors and The R Prince Team leader, Randy Prince, for whom she has much respect and considers an excellent mentor.
Stephanie is committed to providing exceptional service to her clients. She feels that her vast experience in the real estate industry gives her an advantage to meeting the needs and goals of the buyers and sellers that she represents. Her experiences as a Realtor, Escrow Coordinator, Escrow Officer, Title Company Branch Manager and Notary Public make her an expert on all aspects of a real estate transaction. Stephanie is pleased to provide this expertise to her past and future clients.
Stephanie is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Contra Costa Association of Realtors and the Discovery Bay chapter of The Lions Club. Through her lifetime travels, make no mistake she appreciates living and working in a place she loves so much. As a resident and mother of two, rest assured that home values, school systems and community will be at the fore front when buying or selling a home in Discovery Bay with Stephanie Rust.
