Randy Prince has been in real estate for over 15 years and has lived and worked in Discovery Bay for over 28 years. Before real estate he started and owned a residential sub-contracting business with over 200 employees that serviced the entire bay area. Through those years he was involved with the Ruby Hill Community in Pleasanton and the Blackhawk Community in Danville. He was lucky enough to receive education and vision on how homes were built, the costs associated with building, and how slight changes can enhance a home owners lifestyle and equity in their home.
Randy acclimated and became friends with all the large developers, such as Signature Properties and Warmington Homes. As he began his real estate career Randy attached himself to all of the Discovery Bay builders including Dagle Construction, Ducheney Custom homes, Golden Oaks Consturction, Turcotte Construction and Larry Jackson Homes. Randy has a good sense of the values associated with homes sales in our unique community. Buying a home is so much more than a floor plan, it is an investment. Randy can hold your hand and guide you through current values, locations and more importantly setbacks, height restrictions, mooring easements, slope control and other issues a non resident might not be aware of.
Through 2001-2008 Randy was in the top ten of producers for home sales in all of Contra Costa County. He opened his own real estate company “R Prince Realtors”, in 2005. He then sold his office and went to work as an agent for Intero Real Estate in 2008. Like everyone else through these changes in the market, he adjusted his lifestyle and priorities and decided to go back to what made him successful from the beginning, focusing and putting all his energy back on the most important part of his business, HIS CLIENTS.
For over 15 years consistently, Randy was blessed with the ability to support the local chambers, Lions Club and school districts. He also supported all the local events such as The Wheelchair Foundation, Parade of Lights, Boat show, Boat parades, Big Cat Poker run, and funded the music department for two years at Discovery Bay Elementary school. Randy has also hosted many fundraisers at his personal residence for churches and schools in the area. There is no greater joy than the gift of giving.
There are no big “secrets” to getting results and that applies to any business. Know your product, be fair with all of your clients, and be consistent and focused. Try to always “under promise and over deliver”. You will always end your business dealings on a positive note and everybody wins.
Choose Discovery Bay as a place to live and a place to play!
